Bystander Intervention Training

What is Bystander Intervention?

Bystander intervention is about making choices to intervene to stop or prevent violence from happening to others. Bystander intervention is based on the idea that each of us as individuals have a role to play in preventing sexual and relationship violence. When we each do our small part, all of our individual actions combine together to contribute to a safe and supportive campus community for all.

Bystander intervention does not have to be a big thing. It can often be the choice to do a small thing that can make a big difference.
